Jen Howarth-Odendaal

Jen is a Sales and Charter Broker with 20 years of experience in the luxury superyacht industry. Jen’s relationship with yachting began at an early age, through dinghy sailing in her early teens, and in the early 2000’s, she set sail working onboard some of the world’s most well-known and prestigious superyachts as a crew member. Moving ashore in 2008, Jen has worked in most departments of the onshore yachting industry, which includes yacht charter and sales, yacht management, and crew regulations and placement. This has equipped her with an excellent depth of knowledge of all things yachting. Jen has travelled worldwide throughout her career, spending 10 years working between each of the two yachting hotspots of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Jen is an individual member of MYBA, an organisation ensuring ethics and morals in the yachting industry. Jen’s background offers her yachting clients a genuine experience of yachts, confidence of cruising locations, as well as balanced advice on how to have the best time onboard, whilst protecting her clients interests every step of the way.
