Pauline Mackie

Pauline joined TWW Yachts at its inception and has been key in the company’s development and growth. She continues in her role as Executive Director for the Group working closely with the Heads of Departments alongside David and Michael. Pauline oversees the daily operations of all aspects of the organisation, including compliance and generally ensures the smooth running of the business. Originally from Canada she first went into teaching, and after a spell overseas in St Lucia came to Europe where she completed her MBA at the Université de Nice. During this time she discovered an interest in the yachting industry, culminating with her role with TWW. Her gracious leadership and clear communication skills, along with her vast industry knowledge, ensures a solid and efficient support system combined with excellent client service.
